I’m a CG technical Artist primarily focus on Lighting, Compositing and Surfacing. I am a half artist and half technical person, very interested in digging the principle of the digital world!
I currently study in Texas A&M university, pursuing a master of science degree in the department of Visualization.

The most useful courses I learned in A&M are Digital Image and Image Synthesis. The first one is programming to generate 2D images, just like writing a Photoshop in C++, the second one is writing ray-tracing rendering engine in C++. These courses give me a deep understanding of how light behaves in a real world and how all parameters in tools work under the interface. I think if you want to make images beautiful, an artistic eye is one thing, another thing is that you need to know how to play with images under the digital power!

Recently, I am looking for an internship position either summer or fall. Thanks for reading^^
