The demo reel showcase the individual's projects I have done at Sheridan College. I use Zbrush and Maya to do modelling, Mari for texturing, Vray in Maya for rendering and Nuke for compositing for all my projects. For my matte painting project (00:00:01), I model and texture the houses (background) and flag pole (foreground) and composite later on in Nuke. For my tracking project (00:00:12), I use Nuke for 3d tracking. Instead of tracking with normal lens with focal length of 35-70. I tried to see how 3d tracking in Nuke works with a macro shot. I model, texture, rig and animate the dragonfly. As for the green screen replacement (00:00:18), I have a chance to work with film student and I was on set and see how actual film production works. It is a short film of 3 mins and we have 3 students including me to work on it. As for the crane shot of the interior (00:00:25), it is one of shot in my final film. I did modelling in Maya and Zbrush, texture in Mari and Render in Vray. I shot my character in green screen and project it on 3d human model in Maya. The last one is my destruction project (00:00:31), which I use houdini for simulation and render in Mantra. I texture and animate the robotic arm in Maya and render in Vray and composite it in Nuke.
