This video showcases some of my environment and Fx work, the four projects showcased are:
1.) SpaceScape (Unreal 4): I was inspired by the movie interstellar to try and create a sort of space environment, the focus of this project was on creating realistic space backdrop and planet shader.
2.)Hedge Knights Camp(UDK): This is slightly older project, it was my first foray into realtime shaders and effects, I used it to create a small still-life style environment of a lone knights camp with some transition effects.
3.) Ice Cave(Unreal 4): My first project in UE4, it was my attempt to make something similar to epic's "effects cave demo". The primary goal of this project was to try and achieve a realistic Ice material
4.) Abandoned Tori(Unreal 4): I used this project as an opportunity to create a more natural environment and focused on creating foliage and rocks, This was definitely outside my comfort zone as I'm used to doing more hard surface models.
