Ray Le

Canada,  Vancouver Think Tank Training Centre,  Computer Animation, Visual Effects and Game Design Program,  February 01, 2015
Hi! My name is Ray Thuc Le,

I'm a modeling/ texture artist who recently graduated from Think Tank Training Centre. Born and raised in Vietnam, I moved to Canada in 2013 to study Social Science but somehow my heart told me to change my major to Computer Graphics, so I decided to follow it! I attended the one-year program at Think Tank Training Centre in 2014, learning everything about 3D art from scratch, and got my first demo reel in 2015.

My game characters are real-time rendered in Marmoset Toolbag 2.

I used Maya for modeling, Zbrush for sculpting, 3DCoat & Topogun for Retopo, UV Unwrapping in Maya, and Texturing in Photoshop and Substance Painter.

If you would like to see the Space Worker model on the web browser in 3D view , please visit my artstation here:

The Girl portrait was sculpted and rendered in Zbrush. I used fibermesh for hair, eyebrows and eyeslashes placed manually by hand. Compositing Render passes in Photoshop.
