We are a team of 11 people (6 programmers & 5 artists) who worked on a project as part of our degree at the University of Derby. It's was a 12 week project called Game Development.
The design brief for the project was based on escapism with a back seat player. It must also support the Oculus Rift. Our game idea is based on a tropical island which has an element of fantasy. The best way to describe our game play mechanics is to refer to the puzzle based 'Crystal Maze' television show.
Trapped on an island, you must find out about your heritage. Escape the island and find your way.
