Don't you just hate when you bring that special girl on a first date and nothing goes according to plan?

We are all first year students at Campus i12 in Sweden.
For this project we had about a month to create a CG object that had to interact with filmed material.
As it was our final project before summer we decided to go crazy and make a creature. Lots of long nights and problem solving.

Thanks to everyone that helped us out during shooting and who gave us feedback along the way!

Douglas Roshamn - Compositing.
Forced to remove himself from the last shot. Still kept a good face and made a matte painting and compositing on many shots.

Hrafn Jónsson - Compositing.
Responsible for making things stick by tracking the environment. Rotoscoping and keying was also one of his favorite tasks...

Kenny Hoang - Asset master.
Creator of everything except the dinosaur. Animated the first appearance of the dinosaur. Also got engaged in some rotoscoping and whatever else that had to be done.

Hampus Eriksson - Dinosaur trainer.
Responsible for rigging of the dinosaur. Survivor of the animators many painful requests. Also shading, lighting and rendering.

Johannes Andersson - Dinosaur mom.
Responsible for the dinosaur. Modeling, texturing and animation of the last shot (grabbing the basket and running away).
