Crossing Zombies

Julia Merkschien - Karoline Breitkreutz - Dominic Kühne - Etienne Hege - Dejan Dukovski,
Germany,  Dieburg Hochschule Darmstadt,  Digital Media,  March 11, 2015
Content of the the animation is a small group of young adults who face the modern problem of not beeing able to be part of social life due to the fact that they are hiding behind the screens of their smartphones. All four characters get into accidents and have a zombie like look to express the emotionless life they live. To be more connected to the film and to get closer to the audience we (four animation & games students) modeled ourselfs into 3D space. Our doubles represented the protagonists in the storyline of the shortfilm. The whole work was done in 3 month, during the 5th Semester at Hochschule Darmstadt.
